1. Program Cancellation

Students may request a full refund within 3 days of enrollment, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the program content.

2. Administrative Fees

A non-refundable administrative fee of 5% applies to all refund requests processed after the initial 3-day period.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable to digital downloads or one-time advisory sessions once the service has been delivered.
